Delicious Green Smoothie
Easy hormone supporting green smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 c. loosely packed mixed greens
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 c. coconut milk or favorite non-dairy milk
- 1 c. coconut water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 tbsp collagen powder of choice
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Add additional coconut water to create desired consistency.
