Over the course of 3 months, we will work together to address your most pressing concerns using goals and accountability to create and implement enjoyable, practical and sustainable healthy habits and routines you can build on for a lifetime.
6-Month Transformation Program
Over the course of 6 months together, we will co-create your personalized wellness plan, exploring several areas of your diet and lifestyle to support an overall balanced, healthy and happy life. We will work on shorter-term goals to address your immediate concerns as well as longer-term goals to guide you toward a new vision of wellness. Taking one manageable step at a time, I will guide you and hold you accountable as you welcome more vitality and discover your body’s innate ability to be well

We’ll chat over Zoom, and use this time to delve into what’s working and not working in your life right now, what you’re hoping to achieve through coaching, and what it would look like to work together and reach your wellness goals.
